The front desk staff person Laura was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having breakfast included, but the breakfast options were limited and identical each day. We enjoyed the pool but were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order.」

「Nice and quiet location, spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant wasn't open during our stay except for a continental breakfast for an extra fee, which we did not require, but to be fair it was offseason. I would definitely stay again, this was my 2nd visit.」

「Very excellent hotel. The location is good: near to the downtown. The rooms is wide enough staying with a family. The restaurant in the hotel is also excellent. Only the problem is smell of hot water: it smells like hot seawater. I cannot understand why the water smells like that, because the ice or cold-water did not smell like that.」

「アネックスだったのは不満でしたが、思ったより静かで快適でした。ダウンタウンへのバスでのアクセスも良いし、少し歩きますが、ヴィクトリア大学へ直通で行くバス停もそれほど遠くありません。朝食は野菜がないのが残念です。」
