Basement Level (Non-Guest Area): The basement level is a completely separate space that is not part of the short-term rental unit. It has no internal connection to the guest rental area and is not accessible to guests.

The house was just what I was looking for. It was clean, well stocked with amenities and very comfortable. Two large bedrooms and had all of the comforts of home. The hosts were a pleasure to work with too. I will definitely be staying there again, One of the best values in Vancouver!
The Cozy Cove was a nice, clean, and convenient location for us. It is about equal distance from the airport and Canada Place. We only stayed one night before a cruise. Tim Hortons is only two blocks away for breakfast. We would stay again.
Very clean, just as advertised. Good temperature control even on the hottest days. Kitchen very functional and well organized. Good layout for a family of four. Kid-safe without any built in or decorative hazards. Please note: Pull the front door closed very firmly before locking or unlocking or it will not latch/unlatch properly. Also if you are strict vegetarian, please note the family downstairs does cook meat (was not a problem for us). Host Ms. Ankita Biswas extremely responsive. Would visit again.
Our stay at the cozy cove was perfect!! It was so handy having laundry, a full kitchen on site, but even better having easy transit close by. We used to live in the west end of Vancouver, and have stayed closer to downtown in the past, so we were worried about feeling too far out. And while it was about 1 hour transit from downtown, it didn’t matter, the bus stops were nearby and never felt like a hassle, even with 2 kids and a lot of construction. Ankita was super accommodating when we asked if we could keep our bags in the space after checkout as our flight wasn’t until later. We would definitely stay again!
