UBC Villa

The home is spacious and quite attractive. The setting is perfect for visitors because it is quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood.The owner is very pleasant but I believe is not cognitive of the needs of adult, non-student guests. It was necessary to request basic items like wine glasses, apparently because of the necessity to discourage young guests not to drink alcohol and party on the premises. The front steps had not been swept of debris. The garden before the front of the house was unkempt.There was mold in the coffee maker which had not been cleaned of the coffee grinds in the filter. The stove and oven had not been cleaned. We did not feel like we could use the kitchen for most basic needs. Perhaps the unit should be only best rented to university students in an area where student accommodations are at a premium.

Lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood near UBC

Had a wonderful time staying at the property. It was very conveniently located in a nice quiet neighbourhood and had all the amenities required to make our stay comfortable. Grady was super prompt in providing answers to any questions that we had. While the price was a bit steep we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Off to UBC

This was the perfect place to combine a Vancouver vacation with sending my kid off to UBC. The proximity to campus and easy access to transit made it ideal. Nightly hikes at the Spirit Regional Park were an amazing bonus! This house is large with lots of room for a big family. Host was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great location- excellent host

Property location was great and it was well stocked with essentials. Host was excellent and accommodated late arrival due to delayed flights. We enjoyed our stay.
