SPACIOUS. QUIET ROOM W PRIVATE BATHROOM IN GREAT HOUSE

  • Private room with a full private bathroom in a private house. There is queen bed, dinning table, computer desk, fridge, microwave, kettle and ext.. in the room. We provide towels and basic toiletries.
    Our house has good location. There is shopping plaza down the street about a minute walking distance from our place, with about a dozen of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery/supermarket, a gym and other services.
    There is a bus stop in front of our house. You can get to Richmond Center in less than 10 minutes from our house by bus.
    It take about 30 minutes to get to the airport by public transportation or approximately 10 -15 minutes by car..
    The lot in front of the house is small, parking just in the street. It is free.

Room is spacious with own bathroom. Location is terrific as you can easily catch skytrain and then bus to get to this place. The host is friendly and helpful.

The property was close to everything,walkable to grocery,restaurants and the bus stop right in front of the house.only if they would mention in their listing that the room is on the second floor it was hard to carry the luggage to the second floor.

Both hosts were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. My friend and I stayed here after the TS concert in Vancouver, which was a pretty short drive from their location in Richmond. Private bathroom just outside the room and a key to lock your door as well. Would love to stay here again!

Our host very kindly offered us an early check-in as the room was ready and available when we planned to just drop our bags. It was very much appreciated after a long, sleepless flight. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and the bed was especially comfortable. We appreciated the ability to just sleep under a sheet on a relatively warm night.

Great place with everything you need inside your room. Tatiana is a great hosts and will always share the best advice. It has a bus stop just right in front, 30min walking from the train station. I would totally recommend!

This room was perfect for what we needed; a place to sleep. We arrived at 9 pm and were gone by 7:30 am. It was a bedroom and a bathroom that was not an ensuite. It was very clean. It was perfect for us

Property was great, comfy bed, extremely clean bathroom. Only issue I had was that I was unable to communicate through verbo website to the host to arrange arrival instructions. They were home, and lovely people, but I would have felt more secure about the reservation had I been able to get messaging through to the host.

Private room in convenient location

I wanted to drop my bags off early and Tatiana made it easy to do so. I was given the key and was able to check in earlier than the stated time. The room is nice - bed is comfy, there's a fridge, a kettle, a microwave and dishes if you want to make some food. The bathroom is not attached but it is just outside the door. I did not realize they were renting out another room as well. I still had a private bathroom so I was fine with it. Location was wonderful - down the street from Garden City Centre. There's a bus stop next to the house so it's easy to get around on public transit. Hosts were friendly and available if I needed anything. I'd stay here again.
