Summary:

This unit has the most beautiful views of the water from every room!



We are conviniently located within a short walking distance to Rogers Arena, BC place, Seawall, Gastown, restaurants and pubs.



We have some of the best amenities in town:

- Secured underground parking (One parking spot is included)

- Indoor pool

- Hot tub

- Dry and steam saunas

- Fully equipped gym

- Private garden for guests

- Paid parking lot in the building if you have more than 1 car



Other Things to Note:

Sofa bed Use:

Kindly note that there will be a linen charge for using the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance as our cleaning company requires this information.



Crib and Highchair:

We offer the option of renting a pack 'n play and highchair for an additional fee.



Please note we do not refund credit card processing fee for eligible refunds ..



Portable AC:

Please Note that for summer months there will be 2 portable AC units in the apartment which means that there will be 2 windows open with the AC hose outside.



We are fully licensed and are allowed to do short term rentals.

Host was responsive, but not on site. Apt is well located on the 32nd floor and cozy. When I reported a TV issue, Jessie promptly sent over a rep from her mgt company. We appreciated in-suite laundry & great walk-in shower, but no shower mats and the floor is slippery. Generous supply of pods for coffee maker (Keurig), laundry and dishwasher. Building has an indoor pool and a well-equipped, if somewhat worn gym.While tidy, the apt was dirty – we had to remove layers of dust on the rangehood, and above the fridge and laundry appliances. Oven door was greasy. Noisy bathroom exhaust fan is set to run 24/7. It was impossible to regulate the temperature within the apartment – not sure thermostat even works. Insufficient hangars, and no dressers in bedrooms. (Can be remedied with small IKEA dressers placed in cupboards).Jessie supplies a 4 page instruction sheet including many dos and don'ts. Cumbersome Check-in / check-out process, especially if arriving by car. Nobody on site to help. You punch in a code at the main entrance, which I think connects to Jessie’s cell phone. Jessie buzzes you in, and you have 2 minutes to find, summons and get in the elevator – so we left our bags in the car, (parked in a no parking zone in front of the building), retrieve 2 fobs from apt to access garage thru 2 gates, find the parking spot. Ignore prominent sign incorrectly pointing to entrance to the building lobby. Find entrance (hint: it is on a different level).

Fantastic place in a great position. Very close to everything and easy walking distance to Canada Place where you can book attractions. The unit was very clean, with a fully equipped kitchcen and really comfortable beds, Location also had restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets and liguor stores within short walking distance. Jesse, the host was very accommodating and replied very promptly to any messages. Would defininitely recommend.

The condo was in an ideal location for us, watching the boating activities over false creek was enjoyable. As with most bnb’s the unit has taken some hard knocks and needs a really good scrub in the corners cleaning. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the building is quiet, parking is easy and the unit is air conditioned.

Great location and view

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood. Close to Gas Town, waterfront and other attractions, plus a train station very nearby. The train does come very frequently but the noise didn’t bother us. Easy access to the train station requires walking up many steps. The condo has a great view and owner was very responsive and friendly.

Good place, good location

This condo was great for what we needed--a quick place to stay before travelling to the mountains. The location was perfect, the view was cool. Accomodations were fine, nothing fancy but enough gor what we needed. Would rent again!

Vancouver shirt stay

Enjoyed our 3 day stay by going to Granville, Victoria with Buchart Gatdens and downtown Vancouver. We rode the sky train, ferry and our feet did a lot of walking. Everyone is so friendly!

Nice and practical stay

We had a great stay at this high rise condo with amazing views and in a very convenient location . The communication with the host could have been better as the parking was a bit of a maze for us and we didn’t have answers to our parkade accessibility questions during our stay.
