Handra checked us in. She was friendly and informative. She helped with unloading and taking our luggage up to our room. She was very knowledgeable about the Hotel and takes pride in her position. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, especially when we had problems with the WiFi. The room was clean and well presented. Once the refurbishment is completed I am sure the property will look absolutely fantastic.

Handra was absolutely an amazing host and front desk receptionist. She was so friendly and welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know. She even gave us recommendations for local restaurants. The room was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place and we hope to come back!

Way over-priced. Hotel was taking advantage of Air Canada strile and raised rates exorbitantly. This is a one-star hotel, in an out-of-the way location.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. We were going to cancel reservations in order to be closer to the ferry terminal, but we like the staff so much that we decided just to keep our reservation here Handra helped us with directions wherever we needed to go.
