  • New, clean, and fully furnished private basement suite in a modern home. Just steps to the bus and 15 min walk to SkyTrain. Downtown Vancouver in about 20 minutes, with Metrotown, shopping, and dining close by.

    The suite includes a full kitchen, queen bed, sofa bed, fast WiFi, and private in-suite laundry. Quiet, comfortable, and well set up for both short and longer stays. Message anytime with questions.

    The space
    Private basement suite on a quiet residential street with its own separate entrance. Just a 30-second walk to the bus stop, and about 5 minutes on foot to a grocery store and local restaurants. The space is self-contained, comfortable, and ideal for guests who want an easy, low-stress stay with good transit access.

    Guest access
    Guests enter through the gate at the back of the property and access the suite via a private entrance on the left. The suite is fully separate and located on the lower level of the home.
