"We had a wonderful stay at this charming house and would happily recommend it to others.The location is excellent: just a short walk from the beach, yet far enough from the busy center to enjoy peace and tranquility. The fully enclosed garden was a real highlight for us. It is spacious enough for a large car and provides a safe environment for pets, allowing owners to relax without worrying about animals wandering off.The property also includes a barbecue area for guests who enjoy outdoor cooking. The kitchen is practical and efficient for everyday meals, although it does not have an oven.The accommodations are simple but full of character and charm. Accessibility is generally good; we were traveling with an elderly family member who had difficulty walking and found access to the property easy and convenient. However, guests with more severe mobility limitations should be aware that the toilet facilities may present some challenges.Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, combining comfort, tranquility, and a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return."

"Meine Familie und ich (insgesamt fünf Personen) haben im Juni 26 eine Woche Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung gebucht. Positiv: - Sehr schöner Sandstrand zu Fuß 1 Minute von der Ferienwohnung entfernt- Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war reibungslos / Schlüsselübergabe über Schlüsselkasten mit Code- wenn man keine Ansprüche stellt, war fast alles da, was man braucht - kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar (Man bekommt dort frühs frische Croissants, Baguette und frisches Obst) - Elektrogeräte/Klimaanlage haben alle funktioniertNegativ: - Die Einrichtung und die Substanz ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und müsste definitiv saniert werden- die Größe der Töpfe sind leider nicht für 5-6 Personen ausgelegt- Die Kochutensilien (Kochlöffel/Pfannenwender/Salatbesteck) sollten erneuert werden- Ein größerer Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse wäre für das Frühstück wünschenswert- Die Matratzen sind hart- Die Toilette ist extrem beengt- Das Bad mit der Dusche ist sehr beengt- Die große Duschbrause hat nicht funktioniert und die Türen der Dusche lassen sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen- Es gibt nur einen Spiegel im Haus, der in dem sehr beengten Bad ist (ist mit fünf Personen viel zu wenig!) - Der Baum am Eingang muss dringend geschnitten werden-man musste sich drucken, um zur Ferienwohnung zu laufen. Wir haben uns aber arrangiert und trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub gehabt"

MAGNIFICENT SEA FRONT VILLA

"For a property that can accommodate 10 people, there was only one pool loungers despite photos on VRBO this year showing at least 6. This happened last year too and new loungers were not provided until the day we left. When contacted this year the host informed us that there was no intention of replacing loungers until next season! ( What happened to the ones that were delivered on our leaving the villa last year? ). VRBO could not help resolve this matter either as Sonia the host according to them did not respond to phone calls or email. Don’t assume what is shown on the photos on the website is actually available. Very poor response from the host Sonia despite the agent Cyril trying his best. Nice balconies outside the upper bedrooms but unfortunately no associated seating at all to enable you to enjoy fully the views. There were other areas that need renovation and investment by the owners. For a top of the range property this situation is not acceptable and we will not be returning again. The property does seem to be deteriorating due to lack of investment. In conclusion, great property as long as you don’t mind laying on the floor by the pool or a concrete bench with foam cushion. If you dream of relaxing comfortably by the pool at this property then sadly you must forget it. "

"This could easily have been an excellent experience but it was spoiled by: Check-in - told by the owner that we didn't have a booking! Room - overlooked a construction site (no mention on booking or check-in). Started at 7.00 two days. Bathroom - cramped Monday 16th - construction and gardening/clearing noise all day. Pool - not available for an early swim, still being cleaned at 10.45! Shame really as the hotel is well located, spotless and the staff are lovely and friendly. "
