Book Premier Classe in Lyon which was brilliant so this one was not as good. No WI-FI reception did not know what to do and the breakfast at 8.50 consisted of bread and one Croissant, no English tea and no English TV channels.

I was asked for my credit card details to use “as a deposit” in case of problems with my room after I’d paid the room charge. My credit card now shows a charge of 311€ for no reason and I would like a refund as my room was left in good order. The bed was only adequate, the room was the usual standard size for this hotel chain (not very big) the breakfast was expensive considering the limited choice.

La douche est catastrophique avec un rideau de douche qui ne descend pas jusqu'en bas. En plus le plancher de la salle de bain a une pente inversée: résultat une fois la douche prise, la salle de bain se transforme en pataugeoire. Imaginez le désagrément lorsqu'on utilise les toilettes après! De plus, la chambre réservée pour 3 personnes mais seulement 2 serviettes mise à disposition.
