「It's in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and it's easy to check-in. The breakfast is 5 stars. I would definitely recommend」

「Excellent staff, very helpful. Breakfast was superb. Modern and clean. Only drawbacks: Parking is a 3 block walk, and it is very difficult to unload luggage near the hotel entrance. Also, there is no elevator. This makes it very difficult for the elderly tenant, or for those with disabilities.」

「オフシーズンでしたが、テラスからの景色と朝食は最高でした。街並みにも馴染んだとても雰囲気のある室内で、旅行気分に浸ることができました。スタッフの笑顔の応対も素晴らしいかった。」

「The most wonderful place I have ever stayed. I can't wait to return.」

「Very nice stay, lovely house, great location, perfect outdoor area and kitchen facilities. Only negative thing is no aircondition, was too hot at night. 」

「Wonderful, clean apartment with a prime location in the heart of Valldemossa. Communication was clear, easy, and straight-forward. 」

「We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!」

「Really lovely hotel with a breath-taking view, delicious breakfast, nice pool, thoughtful small gifts. I loved it there! The mattress might not be for everyone though.」

「Fantastic location, quieter part of Port de Soller but only minutes walk to main restaurants, bars and tram for Soller. The beach was right in front of the hotel. We had a sea view room and woke up to a glorious view of Port de Soller every morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet and able to eat at tables out the front looking across the bay. Would definitely come back to this hotel.」
