Great location - very walkable to the town centre and restaurants etc!! Property was beautiful with greenery and courtyard. Staff were fairly helpful, but not overly friendly. Room was sufficient and clean. Pool was a hit with the kids and we liked the different seating area options, with tables in addition to pool loungers.

Inviiting colonial style building. Beautiful courtyard with tall trees and flowering plants with a dipping pool in the centre. Seating around it. Very clean. We were on the 3rd floor which was added a few years ago. (No elevators). Large bathroom. Spacious room with storage. Opened onto the coutyard but also a juliet balcony opening to the side plaza below. (Room 50). Firm beds. Photos on site are accurate. Safe in room. I would definitely stay again. Very close to main attractions of town.

es ein gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, in dem wir vor 4 Jahren schon einmal waren - der Innenhof ist wunderschön - der Pool auch schön, aber zum Einstieg für ältere evtl. nicht ganz einfach - Frühstück gibt's generell nicht, lediglich Donuts bekommt man für ein paar Pesos

The hotel (especially the courtyard) is charming and beautiful. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are very nice. Good, walkable location, and the staff answered all our questions.

Nice hotel! Found a couple of great restaurants nearby and it was very walkable. The courtyard and pool were especially nice.

The property and the pool were very pretty. Very close to downtown and restaurants. Everybody was very nice and forthcoming. We enjoyed our stay! There was a narrow parking spot for us.

Recomendable, poco lugar de estacionamiento.
Lo único complicado, fue la llegada, es una calle muy transitada y no había lugar en el estacionamiento, por lo que tuvimos que dar una vuelta y dejarlo en la calle de enfrente, al principo nos comentaron que no nos podian ayudar con el coche, lo cual nos ofuzco un poco ya que no sabíamos que ibamos a hacer. Sin embargo , un chico se porto muy amable y se quedo con las llaves y el se hizo de cargo del coche. Después de eso, todo estuvo muy bien. Muy cerca del centro , del cenote Zacil, si no pueden subir escaleras pide planta baja, ya que no hay elevador.

Bel hôtel de style mexicain avec de belles parties communes. La chambre était bien et très spacieuse, par contre en nous couchant nous nous sommes aperçus qu’un drap était taché, nous avons demandé à la réception de nous remplacer le drap cela n’a jamais été fait en 3 jours que sommes restés 🤔😥. La dernière nuit un groupe c’est rassemblé autour de la piscine à 5 heures du matin en parlant et riant fort, le réceptionniste a 20 mètres ne leurs a jamais rien dit, il a fallu l’intervention de clients mécontents pour qu’ils baissent la voix. Pour résumer hôtel très bien, service carrément a revoir. Dommage

Beautiful place. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have an elevator, so going to the last floor with a large suitcase was a big of a deal.

Amazing multi lingual staff greeted us with a smile every time we sauntered by. The room was large and the AC and fan kept it nice and cool. Water pressure and temp could be better, but we've learned in Mexico that is often hard to come by. Several good restaurants in the area, overall it was a great place. We stayed on the first floor right next to the pool and pool area bathrooms, but still very quiet as our room (12) did not border the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Small and cute hotel
The check in was easy and fast, staff very friendly. The hotel better in person than the pictures. Room spacious and clean. The only down point our room was facing the street and for noisy early in the morning.

Hôtel proche du centre dans un bâtiment typique avec parking ! Grande chambre, petite piscine, pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais beaucoup d’options à côté. Bon compromis pour visiter la ville et Chichen Itzá.

Hotel muito bom
Hotel muito bom, bem localizado a poucas quadras da praça principal e perto de vários restaurantes. Quarto amplo e confortável, banheiro muito bom também. Tudo novinho. Minha única crítica é não ter um cobertor no quarto (não cheguei a pedir na recepção, não sei se disponibilizariam). A acústica também poderia melhorar, meu quarto era no terceiro andar e dava pra ouvir o barulho da piscina no térreo e a TV de algum outro apartamento, mas não teve barulho durante a noite que me incomodasse.
