I was very pleased with the overall structure of the property. I completed the online check-in in order to facilitate the staff’s work. I had paid for half board, but as I arrived after midnight—having informed the property by phone in advance—I was provided with nothing more than a very disappointing salad consisting of onions and unpleasant-smelling tuna, a 500 ml bottle of water, and a small portion of fruit.
The room was extremely dusty: under the bed I found various items, including plastic beads from a broken bracelet. The amount of dust was considerable, and unfortunately, as I am allergic to dust mites, I was unable to breathe comfortably. Moreover, the bedsheets were stained with spots of blood, which is entirely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Even the bedside lamps were covered in dust.
This morning I noticed no vacuum cleaners in use; the cleaning appeared to be done only with a broom and a dust cloth. Additionally, the staff initially refused to allow me to use the bathtub for bathing, and I had to argue in order to obtain the bathtub plug.
