「I must say this place topped all my expectations! Staff was moore than friendly. So heartwarming people! Ready to help at any moment. Not only rooms but all areas were super clean! 「Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable.
