"Väldigt vackert ställe med bra placering mitt i Toscana. Rummet var väldigt fint, men bilderna från hemsidan var finare, så jag blev lite besviken när vi väl kom in. I övrigt var komplexets omgivningar och trädgård helt fantastisk. Barnen hade roligt med pingisbor och dart och det fanns trevlig grillplats att nyttja. "

"This property is not inside the city walls though if you click on the directions it would lead you to believe so. It's a very long walk to get there. A car is 100% required. Taxi/uber in this area is non-existent. Do not book this place if you do not have a car. Otherwise, the views are lovely. "

Monteriggioni is a small mediaeval village in the middle of tuscan hills. From the top of the ancient walls you can see all the village (it's really small) on the inside, and the beautiful countryside on the outside. The weather this time wasn't exactly on our side, but it still couldn't take away the beauty of Monteriggioni. As small as charming this village can be seen in less then an hour, including the time to browse in the shops with typical products and taking suggestive pictures. It is very easy to reach from Siena and totally worth the stop.

"We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!"

"The homeowners, Leo went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We arrived later than we were originally planning. Leo was very gracious and welcomed us there when we arrived. He walked us through the home to show us our an accommodations and made himself available throughout or stay. A folder was provided with recommendations for what was around the area to visit. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the essentials for cooking a meal were provided. The home was clean and we felt very at home for our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a layed back get away. "

"This is a beautiful property in a lovely part of the world. Our family enjoyed the property’s spaciousness, beautiful grounds, and location. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed and the dining room/indoor patio had a comforting wood pellet stove that made the room cozy as our family hangout. And we watched Christmas decorations installed in the charming town of San Gimignano."
