"Room was too cold, it was May indeed but outside temperatures were between 6 and 11 Celsius and the room was not heated and verry cold. You could not turn the heating on as was centrally managed and the staff said they switched to summer time and the only solution provided was the recommendation to turn off the AC."

"Our stay was for five nights and it was outstanding. Special thanks to Ali at the front desk and the young lady at the desk with the gorgeous nails and smile who spoke English so well. No demand was too much for the staff. We particularly enjoyed the use of the snack lounge and sauna. "

"My stay here was average due the fact that the air con was not working my entire stay (1 week) but it was on the cooler side so I was able to open the window for air flow. Another thing that made my stay average was nearing to the end my room key kept locking me out of my room, and when I went to reception it was like my name disappeared out of the system because they had my name attached to another room that I was not staying in, lastly on my last night they had reassigned my room to another guest and while asleep the guest tried gaining access to my room, luckily I had another added layer of protection on the door they could not enter. All and all the property is clean, staff was friendly and welcoming and the property is a bout a 10 minute walk to the train station ."
