problems with receptionists

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist. He didn't meet us or even say hello when we came in. He was busy having a personal conversation with a visitor about personal matters. This is unacceptable. We had to wait a long time and while the children wanted to sleep. This is impolite towards new residents of this hotel. The second receptionist was so busy in the kitchen that we had to wait a long time for the demagnetized keys to be renewed. The whole vacation was wonderful, except for the receptionists.

Bon accueil, mais, serviettes pour 1 personne alors qu’on est 2 personnes. Manque un oreiller, Lit inconfortable car il s’enfonce. Le passage des personnes extĂ©rieures s’entend fortement. Le cafĂ© soluble proposĂ© en chambre est de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ©. Une femme de mĂ©nage est rentrĂ©e le matin dans la chambre avec un badge d’accĂšs Ă  10 h 00 alors que ce n’était pas encore l’heure de faire le mĂ©nage. Au prix oĂč j’ai payĂ© la chambre, j’estime que je mĂ©ritais mieux !!!

Chambre trĂšs bien pour fauteuil roulant

La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs bien, trĂšs adaptĂ©e pour un fauteuil roulant, la seule chose Ă  modifier serait la poubelle de la salle de bain qui est une poubelle Ă  pied, inutilisable pour une personne en fauteuil roulant. À mon sens il faudrait, soit une poubelle fixĂ©e en hauteur, soit une poubelle haute avec ouverture automatique par le haut! Merci encore!

TrÚs décevant

L’appartement Ă©tait du cĂŽtĂ© de la grande route : impossible de dormir avec le bruit des voitures et des motos . Je me serai cru sur une aire d’autoroute. Je voulais fermer le volet mais la manivelle Ă©tait cassĂ©e. Je l’ai fait remarqu. On m’a rĂ©pondu qu’ils Ă©taient en train de changer les volets. La porte reste un peu entre ouverte. Ce qui n’arrange pas les choses. Le portail est cassĂ© donc le parking reste ouvert tout le temps .
