"I arrived on a Monday but was disappointed to learn the restaurant was shut. Had to drive back into Düren for food. Germany doesn't seem to like Mondays! Hotel is good, if not slightly tired, but very clean and I slept well. My Monday evening disappointment was short lived following a very welcoming and wonderful breakfast. Very nice staff."

Was uns jedoch auf dem Weg ins Zimmer und im Zimmer selbst erwartete, kann man nur als Renovierungs-Fail bezeichnen: Flur: Unsachgemäß verlegte Fliesen und hochstehende Teppichkanten stellen eine deutliche Stolpergefahr dar. "De locatie van het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan de Rursee, met een groot buitenterras. Als je in het laagseizoen gaat is het heel rustig en is de omgeving perfect geschikt voor mooie wandelingen. Het hotel zelf voelt in de kamers ietwat gedateerd aan, maar het is wel allemaal schoon en alles werkt naar behoren. Het zelfbedieningsrestaurant is goed, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Af en toe wat norse service, maar je kunt nu eenmaal niet altijd zes gooien. Ik zou hier zeker weer slapen, omdat de...
