「とても清潔なホテルでスタッフは親切です。バイワードマーケットにも徒歩でいけて良かったです。アメニティ類は最初に全く用意されていないので持参するかフロントに依頼が必要です。部屋の掃除は２~３日に１回のペースです。」

「Nous n'avons pas reçu la chambre réservée soit 2 grandes chambres format x large. Par contre, le personnel m'a montré trois autres chambres afin de me satisfaire. Ils m'ont montré une chambre deluxe et un studio loft deux chambres, plus petits. Ils ont été patients, mais la suite ne correspondait pas du tout à la description. Après trois visites, l'équipe m'a offert une chambre au Pentouse, elle était très bien équipée, belle vue, mais plus petite que ma réservation, un peu impatient, nous...

「We were in Ottawa for a tournament, the location was great for us and it was not that far of a drive to the major Ottawa attractions, We booked with the included breakfast, it was a really good buffet style that included eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage all kinds of fruit, breads and yogurt, cereal etc. overall we were very happy with the breakfast options and the staff were awesome!」

「We had a room looking onto the Rideau River, so it was nice and quiet, even though we were very close to the airport. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was a bit smallish and the shower was rather claustrophobic, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.」

「Beautiful hotel and area. Unfortunately our truck would not fit in the unground parking so we had to park on the road and pay extra for parking. Not a huge deal. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)」

「There are aspects to this hotel that are quite good. The gym is good and service is good too. But the building could use upgrading in some areas, such as the pool. Access to the shopping mall through the hotel is very convenient as is the location to Parliament. I’ve been here for business stays and conferences (which they do an excellent job of hosting). Stay here on repeat.」
