"Because of a medical emergency, I had to book a hotel late at night. We arrived around midnight. The front desk agent got us fresh cold water. The suite was huge and clean. The pillows were the most comfortable I have had in a hotel. The mattress was perfect. Linens were crisp yet soft. So much surface space throughout the suite: long bathroom counter, a shelf behind the counter, a huge desk, a roomy countertop above the refrigerator. There was wine for sale, and it wasn't a bad price. I could read the labels of shampoo, etc., in the shower without my glasses. A handheld showerhead would be much more convenient. The closet had REAL hangers, not those awful post ones. REAL glasses and cups instead of plastic. The only hitch was that because we had arrived so late from the emergency room, we asked for and were given a checkout at 1:00 instead of noon. Instead of checking the record, the front desk started calling at noon while I was on the phone dealing with insurance. Despite that, we would definitely stay again."
