"Bruce was a wonderful host, the house was very clean and the photos/descriptions were very accurate. We were in town for a show at Bethel Woods and this was very close and easy to find. We weren’t there long but it had everything we needed for our short stay."

I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing.
