「フロントから少し離れた所に部屋があり受付後移動します。地図で場所の説明とレストランを教えてくれました。部屋は広く、清潔でとても良かったです。ただ、シャワーから出る水はしょっぱかったので、街自体の浄水設備は整っていないのかな、と感じました。」

「コテジが美しい海と自然に完全に独立されていてこの部分は最高で、高額な部屋代にふさわしい。しかし部屋のアメニティに完璧さはなく、スタッフのサービス態度も他の同等の高額料金であるホテルより低い。又食事はもう少し美味しさや内容を向上すべき。結論は料金は5星、内容は4星でもう少し改善して欲しい。」

「Hello, Having been to many Relais and Chateau properties through out the glove, my expectations were very high. I think The Cove did a great job overall for being in the Bahamas, however for this category of luxury resort, they fell short in many ways: They did not accomodate for an early check in, there were several power outages, internet and WiFi outages, there were water outages, the onsite water craft for excursions was not as clean as would be expected, there was a red ant infestation in...
