「The house is just as pictured. You have the ocean at your front door. Everything you needed was supplied, even flash lights and a small battery operated lantern. Which we needed as power went out several times for short periods. Steve was attentive and available if we needed him.」

「Great place with lots of kitchen, bathroom, and beach items. Great snorkeling. AC and Tv channels. Very nice host and property manager. Traffic on main road can be a little noisy, but that is only downside. Would definitely stay again.」

「Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon. 」

The property itself is in a fantastic location, directly in front of a private beach area with access to pristine water and kayaks available for use. 「This adorable, aptly named, beautifully appointed and restored 'Tucked In' is perfect for 2-4 people. It's dialed in with everything you need. We rented a boat for a week and kept it at the dock. There is a 'no wake zone' out front and it's very protected. We saw sea creatures every day!」
