「At first, we were given a room where the air conditioning didn’t work, and it was incredibly warm. We reported this to the staff, who provided us with a fan for the night and made sure we were moved to a new room the next day — which we really appreciated.
The staff were service-minded and very helpful. We booked taxis and several excursions through the reception, which made things very convenient.
The gym was just the right size and had everything you need to keep up your workout...
