"Clean room, friendly staff , resort could use updating. No information about property or restaurants given at check in. Beach had lots of seaweed which I know can’t be helped but resort should offer transportation to another beach for the day. Grounds and facility could use some lightbulbs as a lot of areas were dark to navigate. Nothing to do after dinner and had plenty of area in hotel where they could have had a band or music. Guests walking around after dinner looking for something to do. Food was delicious in the Docksider Rest and Rainbow Resturant. Eleven 11 resturant not so good . Also should offer some snacks at pool . We did have beautiful weather "

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Trinton, we celebrated my wife's 70th birthday. Everything as pictured and then some. Beautiful sunsets, unbelievable views, walk out the bedroom and into your private pool. Place was very clean and the kitchen was adequate for cooking for two. Don't feel like cooking, stop in at the Loose Cannon two minutes away for dinner on the beach. Stop searching and book this place because it will be gone when you come back to the site. "Beautiful property, very spacious rooms. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good view of the marina (depending on the room you book of course). Friendly staff. The property is on a very steep hill. This is highlighted in many of the negative reviews. If you are not comfortable walking an incline to get to your room, then this location might not be for you. You will not have access to your room with your car, but the staff can shuttle you with golf carts. A free public parking lot is across the street. Spots may be limited in high demand times, but we had no issues during our stay. There is no onsite dining, but there are quite a few amazing restaurants within a short, easy walk. Being near restaurants and bars, expect normal noise associated with that at night (others report excessive noise late at night, so it may depend on the night or local events). Overall, a great place to stay for a few nights in English Harbor. As always, do your research first and you should not experience any surprises."

"What a wonderful stay! The cottages are steps from the beach (you wake up to the sound of the waves every morning) and picture perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and our host helped us with anything we needed for our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with lovely decor and amenities. "This house is much bigger than it appears. The kitchen was well stocked and the house clean. Two of the rooms had split air units and all the rooms had ceiling fans so we were very comfortable. You definitely need to rent a jeep with the house because the last road/driveway to the house is extremely rough and you’ll need the jeep. The view from the house is breathtakingly beautiful. The drive from the airport is about 45-60 minutes. The house had several water toys/snorkeling gear and a home gym. If you are expecting an American-style hotel this house is not this level, but for the Caribbean it was really nice. Mike the host is slow to respond but eventually answers all your questions. Once we stared communicating with his wife she responded quickly. "
