"Very helpful staff. But property is in a congested alley. Rooms are small and very basic. Don't book on Expedia, they are charging a huge commission. Book with the hotel directly instead for good deals."

"A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. "Overall Hotel President was an excellent value. Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of central Nagpur. The vegetarian restaurant delivered an amazing variety of delicious food at reasonable prices. The only real problem with the stay was poor WiFi which was essentially nonfunctional for my entire three day stay. "

"Overall, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is spread on 9, 10 and 11th floors on Orange City Mall. Entrance to the lobby is on the rear side. This is overlooking the in/out ramp of the basement parking lot, hence no waiting area. Room: Comfortable bed, comes with amenities (kettle, water, team, coffee, etc). Compact in size, and ones travelling with heavy luggage may find it cramped. Bathroom is quite compact. Views: Our room overlooked airport, a highway and Metro train station, but no noise seeped thru the windows. Well insulated. Parking: Basement parking is available, but it's shared with the mall. Also, the lot is incomplete with lot of construction materials lying around. Inform the parking attendant that you are a guest at hotel. Access to lift from basement is via stairs. "

"The window was not closing, resulting in loss of energy from the air condition.The WIFI was consistently poor and I had to make multiple requests to restart the router and get it fixed.Often the staff gave cheeky stories, I was told wifi is slow because there was law and order issue in another part of Nagpur, however the 4g was working fine at the same. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. "
