The breakfast was great. They have too few breakfast staff who can help guests, and they do need to be trained further on guest interaction etiquette. The car check is as irksome as it is ineffective. Real security means doing checks _before_ pulling into the hotel premises. Many other improvements can be imagined, but let's keep this short. Compared to other hotels in India it's very good, and superb if you enjoy an antiquated experience.

Wonderfully helpful staff from security at the front gate through the housekeeping to reception and dining room staff. For breakfast I asked if there was any peppermint tea and was told sadly not, but 10 minutes later the staff had sourced some so my breakfast was perfect

A great hotel with a friendly staff

This hotel is probably the best I have stayed in and I have traveled quite a lot. It is very clean, the food (including breakfast) is great and the staff is very friendly and professional. I am happy to recommend this hotel, it definitely deserves all five stars!

Beds seem to be old and dated

First of the Property looks very nice. Some of the employees were nice but it seemed like most of them were just there to work and not very greeting with their attitude. Seemed like you were in their way of working by being there. Just felt unwelcomed like the experience with a Marriot Property or a Taj Property. Which I have spent much a time at. The room was clean so that was good. The bad part was trying to sleep on the bed, it felt like it was run down and old. They really need to change their beds.
