「My stay at Villa Karibu felt like home, the staffs are all amazing, the location is very convenient to lots of amenities. I am definitely going back next year. Brian, Josephine, and Emma are amazing, they love children, even now when our son shows the pictures and videos Brian and Josephine took, he smiles. I still communicate with Brian from time to time. My husband and I get to go out without worry, our baby is in a good hands. I will recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Kampala....

「The staff are lovely, responsive and can not do enough for you. The apartment and entire property is kept clean and rooms are spacious. Free Wi-Fi is a bonus. Friendly security. -ve: the apartment requires more sockets. 」

「Checked in at 3 pm and settled in. At night,there were mosquitoes everywhere . They moved to another room, again mosquitoes, then to a third room, also mosquitoes and dirty. Horrible experience . They said all rooms fully booked . Came back to original room at 1 am and managed to sleep a little . I want a compensation from expedia since l booked through you guys. 」

「Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital.」

「Terrible location, pictures were not what they seem on the app. No water was give, no soap was given, the bathroom was terrible, the shower got water everywhere, bugs crawling all over the place. The rooms were dirty.」

「A building site inside and out. In the block, in the room, constant noise, thud, thud, bang, bang from all angles throughout the day. Workmen and dust throughout the hallway. The road to the pool covered with debris and building material. Oh, and on arrival, a slow, silent check in process, until, ‘How are you paying for your stay?’ ‘We’ve already paid in advance’. Cockroaches were all killed within 48 hours by use of spray and traps from local Carrefour. 」
