"This apartment was the perfect place for our party of 4. Each couple had our own bedroom and bathroom. The place was spotless, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t cook. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Location was safe, gated community. Check-in and out was a breeze. Communication from host was quick and efficient. Pool was available nearby. Comfy beds with plenty of pillows. "

"This was horrible I do not recommend they deserve 0 stars. I arrived couldn’t check it not that day nor the whole Weekend was there any type of communication to help. So I had to pay more to find a place to stay since it was last minute it was difficult to find something available. "

"I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. "

"The host was super nice and we arrived earlier than expected and he let us come in earlier . He left us a welcoming bowl with goodies & we felt very welcome !Very nice and clean ! "

"It was a great location for us, (we needed to be near the UTRGV campus), and it was close enough to the highway that we could get anywhere we needed to go.The handy man lives on site, so our problems were dealt with immediately.You do need to know that it is an apartment, and the neighbors' music was pretty loud until midnight, but if you have a loud enough white noise machine, you could potentially block most of it out. The host is incredibly responsive and very friendly."
