Good - hotel guests were quiet, no roaches or other pests, cleaning staff were friendly, great location; room was cool Bad - Except for the check in person, front desk staff was extremely rude. Checkout manager was worse. Broken office chair in room and staff would not replace so there really isn’t a work station in the room as advertised. Surfaces in room were dusty and sticky so cleaning was lacking so Lysol is recommended. Breakfast - average hotel breakfast on weekend. The coffee was fantastic.

The hotel was nice, it´s in a good location. I got a king suite with a jacuzzi, everything was great. The breakfast didn´t have a lot of options vs other Holiday Inn´s I´ve stayed. But the quality was good. Big fan of the cinnammon rolls.
