"Nette Unterkunft in sehr angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Restaurants, Cafés, Park und Waschsalon ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und erstaunlich hell dafür, dass sie im Halbsouterrain liegt. Fenster von Küche und Schlafzimmer gehen zur Hintertreppe raus, weshalb ab und zu jemand vorbei geht. Die Vermieterin Amy wohnt darüber und ist sehr hilfsbereit - auch wenn irgendwas nicht funktioniert: Innerhalb weniger Stunden wurde die defekte Mikrowelle ausgetauscht. "I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

The street was quiet, the only complaint I can say is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and people inside the building from the apartment.
