Beyond Expectations

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. In the middle of Tybee Beach, it was the perfect location. Very laidback. Just what we needed! The view of the ocean was stunning and the pools were fantastic. Love The Deck Bar! Note: must love birds.

Wonderful Property

This place is a gem. Great location and not overcrowded at all. The fact that it was pup friendly was very important to us. The front office staff was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great location

Right on the beach. Two pools restaurant and bar on site. Close to everything. Property is a little confusing to even find the office but not really an issue. Would stay here again.

Peaceful Escape Haven

The # 431 Ocean House condo is beautiful with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. I spent hours sitting there enjoying the peace,and taking great comfort from the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. The location is very steps from the beach and very close to excellent restaurants. There is a bar and restaurant on the resort grounds and the food as very good. Highly recommend this property. Also excellent service from the management staff.

Loved the condo except for one thing, which wont deter me from staying here again...bathroom floors along baseboard were dingy dirty. Just needs a good cleaning with a toothbrush and elbow grease. Other than that it was lovely and loved the color combination Have this info saved so if we can get back sometime, we will!!

Only one personal preference we had a problem with in our individual unit,,,the patio chairs,,,very nice quality but sit too high like bar stools. We like comfortable short chairs for relaxing with morning coffee or evening wine. Also children could lean over rail and fall off these higher chairs.

The layout and decor of the condo was pleasing. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The condo and especially the kitchen, however, was extremely basic compared to the other condos. The refrigerator smelled of dead fish.
