Yes, everything was wonderful. The home was clean updated and exactly as listed. Our only complaint was we like to cook and there was not a larger pot to boil water. But the rest of the kitchen was perrfect.Thank you again we truly enjoyed our stay.

First time to Tybee couldn't have been any better! The condo was centrally located and was very nice. Communication was great when I had questions before booking and so friendly! And when I wanted to extend our stay, it was taken care of with a quick text! Can't wait to stay again!

2 Night Vacation Stay

This condo was lovely and location as described. Condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need for a pleasant vacation stay. However our check-in did not go well. We were instructed to find the on-site office where we would receive condo entry instructions and a parking pass. When we arrived the office was closed. After a series of phone calls and delays we finally received instructions by text. Our check-in “clitch” was upsetting and probably avoidable if check-in communication instructions were better.

Tyree visit

Basic coastal condo. Equipped with everything we needed. Convenient parking, elevator and beach access. Timely communication on access codes and related info. No real complaints, though there wasn’t a single clothes hanger in the condo.

If looking for 4 adults queen size room was not accommodating. Bed littlerally beside window/wall.

Liked location walk to beach. Would like a 2 master suite. Didn't like bed so close to window/wall. Was very hard to get in and out. Didn't like being on street side very noisy. Property manager was easy to get a hold of. Trash cans not marked and placed correctly.

Very relaxing stay, only minor feedback

The location and overall stay was great. The shower in the guest bathroom had a very tricky (backwards) faucet and it was really hard to get a good water temp. The slider door was also pretty tricky/sticky and left some family members sitting inside while they waited for stronger family to wake up and unjam the lock. Seems like they just need some little fixes. Thanks!

Great weekend

Location has nice condos, with pools and beach access. The restaurant on location is nice, and just a short distance from a lot to choose from on Tybee Island. Savannah is just a short drive down the road. Plenty to keep you busy, or just relax in the sun.

Nice beach getaway

This condo’s location is perfect. Nice view of the pool and the ocean behind it. Access to the beach within steps from the building. Delicious restaurant within the condo’s premises. Very easy and friendly check in and check out process. The unit itself could use a deep clean. It’s tidy and looks ok but here and there are some neglected areas (vacuuming under the beds, new carpeting and shower liners needed etc) that if addressed, would provide a spotless environment. Overall quite satisfied with our stay.

Our trip to Tybee was great and the Summerwinds condo was the best! It was very clean and the view was great not to mention in close proximity to the beach! We would surely stay there again!

Overall it's a good place. Furniture and appliances in good condition. Property is conveniently located. BUT Attention to detail is needed though. This property cost too much money to have all of the below: -No dust pan. Former renters swept trash into the broom closet. -Cleaning was lacking ( No one swept under the trash can in the kitchen, spills on counter top and cabinet, crumbs in microwave, very dusty vent in master bath) -Plugs in both bathrooms very lose, hair dryer, curking iron would not srsy plugged in -comforter in master was ripped and stained -dryer door opens on the wrong side making it hard to use given its location/angle in a closet. -master bath was slow to drain Prepare to launder your towels daily or bring your own as there is not enough -Pool was out of service and no where on the listing was this mentioned. I found out when reviewing another listing on VRBO

Great location. Clean, well appointed condo. Beautiful sunrises from balcony. Courteous accommodating staff. Nice views and good food from the restaurant deck. Look forward to returning.
