Great location

I took my 12-year-old daughter, two of her friends, and my 8-year-old daughter for a few days to Tybee and the property was perfect! Plenty of space and you can't beat the location! We parked when we arrived and never used the car once. It is a stone's throw to the beach and within walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants.

Great location

We had so much fun at this VRBO. The pictures don’t do it justice. Super spacious, a few steps from the beach. A street over from food, bars and shops. We really had the best time.

Family vacation

So convenient to the beach, restaurant and Savannah! Would stay their again! Only thing I would say is the spiral stairs could be a challenged with coolers and suitcases.

I think the property is old and needs an update to the bathrooms and flooring and fixtures.

This is in an older neighborhood and the outside of the property needs upgrading and renovation. The bathrooms need updating the fixtures including the shower heads and the flooring and shower curtains. The outside of the sitting area need updating. The rooms are clean but need updating.

Good beach for children.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Just 3 min walking to the beach. We were 7, 4 adults and 3 children, spacious and very comfortable for everyone. Our B condo is over the garage, so even if kids were playing or running, no disturbance to any neighbors. There is shower outside to avoid bringing the sand inside the house, huge like for that. All appliances working well, we were going to local store and cooking mostly at home. Besides that, we were visiting local restaurants next street to ours. No need to stay in, we were taking food with us and eating in our condo. Tha beach is very clean, you can rent umbrellas and chairs if you don’t have any. The water was amazing in August, the only problem-jellyfish. Got stung really bad, nevertheless this didn’t stop me from going into the ocean. The rest of the family have been slightly touched. No big waves, the entrance in water is very sandy and pleasant. The children enjoyed the stay. We couldn’t get them out of water. Because of a COVID, many places were closed and there was not so much entertainment, good opportunity to spend enough time with family only. Still we managed to go to see dolphins and the lighthouse museum. Very cute. Recommend and definitely will come back.

Great Location

Spacious parking for 2 vehicles. Great location to the beach. Enjoyed the front deck in the mornings and at night. Beds were okay and bathrooms clean. Only negative was that the elevator was broken. Spiral stairs not the easiest to carry luggage and coolers up and down. Had a great week and enjoyed it at Tybee Beach.

Great place to rent on Tybee Island, GA !

Our family rented this condo for 10 days this summer on Tybee Island and loved it! Honestly, the pictures on the site did not do it justice. It is located on a quiet street in the south beach part, not even a half block from the beach and within an easy walk to many of the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, stores in the area (5-15 minute walks). The outside porch is wonderful, great seating, and beautiful view of the ocean. There is an outdoor shower in the back and an elevator and a spiral staircase in the back to use to get up to the unit (just one floor up - easy) and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The bedrooms all have TV's. The condo is nicely furnished - felt very new and clean. High ceilings. We loved it!

Ok

The property needs several repairs/updates. Access to the home was not easily accessible. To get into the home you had to climb a narrow metal staircase. Not easy when you're carrying groceries, luggage, small children, etc. There was an elevator but it was not working. This should be noted in the description so others will know beforehand. However, we did manage and had a great time.
