Beautiful beach house

The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We traveled from Colorado, and our only recommendation would be to have more supplies such as beach chairs and shade covers for people who have to fly in and can’t drive and bring these items. We purchased them while we were there and left them for the next guests to use.

Family Vacation

This was our family’s second time staying in this beautiful home. We love the location - short distance from the ocean and all the Tybee fun shops, and an easy walk to the river beach and the coffee shop 😁. We especially enjoyed having meals on the screened porch. The host was great! Easy to contact, and answered our questions quickly.

Good location with amenities

Short walk to beach and not too far from shopping and stores. Only complaint would be to have blinds on the glass front door and glass door to deck for privacy.

Great Location

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed being able to walk to the shore - and to Tybean coffee shop. The screened porch was our favorite place for meals. :) The pool was a great place to relax. This was our family’s annual beach trip - thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Great place for a beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! The location was great and made for a nice, quiet stay. The beach is very close, but more of a lake feel. The Atlantic beach isn’t very far to drive to and had great waves for the kids to play. The house had plenty of room and had a beachy-vibe. We spent majority of our time in the pool and screened in porch. The pool is small, but great for a dip after the beach!

The property was in a great location. Our family gathered here to celebrate Christmas. The property was overall in a very good location and perfect for what we needed. We had a few hiccups that were pretty quickly addressed by the management team. The dishwasher was broken and could not be fixed during the stay so that was a bummer. We were provided paper goods to tide us over. Then a pipe burst one morning due to the cold. While it was inconvenient to move in the middle of our Christmas festivities, they worked with us to accommodate in a very nice house down the street. Overall good experience.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay! The dishwasher was broken but otherwise everything was in working order and clean. The pool is small but was perfect for our young kids. Easy walk to the beach. We’d love to come back!

Broken pool

The house was nice but we rented it for the pool which did not work and was nasty.The maintenance company came to fix the pool right as we were checking out. Saw a fire pit I thought maybe we could use that and sit out by the pool but it didn’t work either. Then we thought maybe we would watch the World Series but That didn’t work out either.

Great beach house

Great house with an easy walk to a quiet beach. Nice pool and outdoor space for relaxing. Good coffee and pizza in walking distance. Would definitely rent again.

The reason we rented this particular house was because of the pool. We arrived to a pool that looked like brown sludge. Called Tybee vacation rentals and they sent a co-worker out to see what the issue was. He was rude and made excuses. Had to call the manager the second day. Needless to say, the pool was never fixed. The house was okay. An underwhelming stay. Will never rent from this group again.

Great house. Close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. We were a very close walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool and enclosed area under the house. We really enjoy the quiet north side of Tybee. The only negative is the house is very close to Highway 80 and Byers is also a very busy street. We will be back.

Um. This is a MUST stay. I needed a quiet place for me and my pups for a few nights. As I hopped out of the car, I was thrilled to find that the owners have built a fenced-in dog park / yard area under-house parking area -adjacent to the pool! While the furry ones safely chilled out, I was able to decompress and swim in the uber-private under house deck + pool area. I could have camped out! The well-appointed kitchen allowed me to cook all of my meals w/ ease. A private screened wraparound patio allowed for fresh salty air all day. My only regret is renting this alone, I would for sure secure this gem for a girls’ beach trip + bring the kiddos and pals.
