We feel as though the property served its purpose with overall being nice with a great location to the beach. The pool was nice. However, our specific room needed tending to. There were a few stains on the curtains and our bedding. The bathroom floor was cracked and if stepping on it incorrectly, could injure foot. Overall, served its purpose as a place to stay close to the beach.

It is on the bay just so people are not expecting the Atlantic Ocean side but we were able to see a lot of dolphins and it was a super quiet beach that was easy to walk. The pool was great and proximity to the beach/bay. The bathroom floor was not in great shape and really needs re-done. Overall it worked well for my son and I.

It was a clean property with a nice view of the water . We sat and watched the dolphins swim every night on the beach . We would stay again !

Our vacation in Savannah and Tybee Island was absolutely wonderful. Savannah is full of charm, beautiful historic streets, amazing architecture, and warm Southern hospitality. Walking under the oak trees covered with Spanish moss felt like stepping into another world. Tybee Island was the perfect place to relax — clean beaches, fresh ocean air, stunning sunsets, and a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, delicious seafood, and the calming sound of the waves every evening. This trip gave us the perfect combination of history, nature, and relaxation. We left with beautiful memories and would gladly come back again. Highly recommend Savannah and Tybee Island for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation!

We liked the condo and really liked Tybee Island. The condo was clean and very well appointed. All appliances were in great shape. It was difficult to get our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. It was very difficult to contact management when we had questions. No one would answer the telephone and a return call was 4 hours later.

The room itself was mostly nice. The bed was very creaky. Bathroom tiles were a little loose. Patio door was insanely hard to lock. We had to change our door key twice and food got cold because we had to go through after hours. Our neighbors above us were smoking cigarettes and pot and dropping ashes on our patio table and chairs. Location was great. Room was well cleaned though

The location was perfect for Tybee/Savannah touristing and the beach/ocean view from our unit was fantastic! We really enjoyed that there were over-night community quiet hours, allowing quality sleep! In terms of cleanliness, all linens and surfaces were spotless, but the floor was a bit grimy in places. We truly had an amazing stay; our only small complaints were the minimal space for our suitcases and the need for the full address of where to pick up your passes/keys as there a couple spots on the island with the same number and street.

Great location on the beach. Broken light in the bathroom, a couple large roaches, and no stocked kitchen basics (coffee etc.) Check in was very complicated in an Uber. You have to go to the office first to get the address for the room.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. While the building could use some updates, the beachfront location was fantastic. The beach was quiet, beautiful, and full of dolphins during our stay. The only negative was the check-in experience. We arrived early, fully understanding that our room would not be ready until check-in time, and simply asked if we could obtain a parking pass while we waited. The front desk attendant was unexpectedly rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. I was told to wait an hour for a parking pass with two small children. Throughout our interactions, she was dismissive, irritated, and offered no basic courtesy. Fortunately, the property itself was excellent and made up for an otherwise disappointing first impression.
