Step inside and be greeted by an inviting staircase that leads from the foyer/garage level to the middle floor, where the heart of the home resides. The open-floor living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with an inviting screened-in porch. From here, you can watch large container ships, resembling floating cities, as they gracefully sail from the Atlantic Ocean into the enchanting Savannah River. Sink into the plush sofas of the comfortable living room, equipped with a large TV and ample seating, including a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The open kitchen overlooks a generous dining table accommodating up to 8 people, ensuring memorable meals with loved ones. Conveniently situated on this level, a half bathroom adds further convenience.

On the top floor of this home are three cozy bedrooms. The King Suite, a luxurious haven, features an attached full bathroom, a separate jetted tub with ocean views, and a private balcony perfect for watching the stars in the sky and a Tybee sunrise. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and a TV for your entertainment. The third bedroom is a spacious retreat with two Twin beds and an accompanying TV.
