The property was accurately described, providing all our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! The host was responsive to any questions we had. We would stay with this host and this location again.

The property was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, and everything you would need. The beachfront was fantastic. The pools were somewhat crowded at times. Th parking passes were not visible when we arrived, and had to call the Tybee Rental Company. They were under the sink if that happens to womeone else.

Great location

This property had a nice ocean view and was central on Tybee. Easy access over the dunes that span the entire beach. If you enjoy long walks on the beach you can easily get to the north or south via foot.

August 2015 Stay

We had a wonderful time! The unit was in excellent condition, tastefully decorated, and had all of the necessary equipment to fully utilize the kitchen! Lastly, the Tybee Vacation Staff were very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly! My family had one of our best vacations here on Tybee at Beach House 413 and I am very hard to impress!

Nice property!

Location was perfect! Beachfront with quick access to beach walkway. Very short, direct walk to the pool. Simple contact-less entry. Clean property that was perfect for 6 adults and 2 infants. Really enjoyed our stay on the north part of the island. Would return without question.

Spring break at Tybee

Condo was in great location, garage was a lil confusing and hard to park in. Great views from condo and couldn’t ask for more beautiful weather. Sunrises and sunsets are the best

The condo was lovely! It was just as advertised. Easy access to the pool and the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We only ran into three minor issues. The hairdryer in the hall bathroom did not work, the ice maker did not produce a lot of ice, and there were two broken chairs in the dining room.

Nice little apartment

This apartment was nice, I would recommend that black out curtains be installed because the light from the hallway will shine through those windows all night! Unless you wear an eye mask, total darkness is not happening! The floors get dirty real quickly too! Other than that, it was a very nice stay with easy access to the beach and minutes from everything!

Inoperable Washing Machine and Dishwasher

The condo was clean and in a great location. BUT, upon arriving we learned that the washing machine and dishwasher (two critical amenities) did not work. After requesting a service call, we were informed that a part for the washing machine was ordered the week prior and had not come in yet. This should have been disclosed to us prior as we packed planning to be able to wash clothes! I have sent multiple messages to Tybee Vacation Rentals with no response.

Such a great condo!

What a great condo! The remodeled floor and kitchen were beautiful and so clean. The linens were clean and comfortable and the decor was bright and enjoyable. The view is perfect off both balconies and the proximity to the pool is awesome! We have stayed in this set of condo since 2003 and this is the first time in this specific one. It was my favorite so far!
