Upon entering the foyer, the staircase brings you to the first-level living area. Guests are greeted with the large open living and kitchen areas. The wide-open living space includes a large sectional sleeper sofa and a large wall-mounted smart TV. Step through the French doors leading to the attached balcony with comfortable glider rockers to enjoy the fresh Tybee salt air. The kitchen is fully equipped including a bonus wine/beverage fridge, and the dining table seats 8. There are a full bathroom and a laundry/utility room with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

On the third floor, the spoiling really begins, with the main bedroom suite with an amazing view of the Ocean. The bedroom has a King-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The attached balcony will be your favorite place to enjoy morning coffee while swaying with the breeze on the balcony swing. The attached bathroom evokes a spa-like feel with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and a twin Daybed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed with a TV. Two guest bathrooms are stocked with plenty of fresh towels.

The downstairs is set up as an entertainment area with a ping-pong table, seating, and a gas grill for cookouts. This home is located one house back from the beach on Tybee's mid-island beach. Easy walking distance to several shops, local restaurants, and Tybee Island's Memorial Park and YMCA. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. WiFi is available.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
