Tybee Vacation Rentals and our Cesspool Family Vacation!
We will never book with Tybee Vacation Rentals again! Stayed at “Beach Diggs” last year and had a wonderful time. So much so, we booked the same location this year. After a hot, 9 hour drive, my kids were super excited to jump in the pool. At 4:30 pm, we arrived and saw the pond out back. Green, cloudy, filthy water. I’m not joking, my daughter pulled a live frog out of it. The pool was disgusting and unusable. We called, texted and e-mailed Tybee Vacation Rentals. Struggled to get anyone to answer our queries! They finally did and said they would fix the pool right away. That was a lie. It didn’t happen Saturday or Sunday. They came Monday evening. The pool cleaning vendor that finally arrived told me it was in bad shape and would require more time to clean. We were able to use the pool on Wednesday night, our last night at the property. Numerous rentals close by that were significantly less expensive but we wanted the pool. WE WERE ROBBED. I would caution you not to book with Tybee Vacation Rentals. Once they have your cash, they couldn’t care less about your stay! Thanks to Tybee Vacation Rentals, the cesspool is the thing we will remember most about the 2025 family vacation!
