Short walk to the quieter part of beach. Unit is comfortable, modern and easy to find. Close to all Tybee offers but away from the maelstrom. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience! Clean and cute! Easy walk or bike ride to the beach and can bike anywhere on the island. Definitely would stay again.

Property was adequate. We unfortunately arrived on Sunday, the last day of Orange Crush. Thousands of young adults were on the streets partying, drinking and blocking traffic. Couldn’t reach the south end of Tybee we’re most restaurants are located. We had no idea this event was going on when we booked. I checked beforehand to see if any Spring Break events were going on and I didn’t find anything. Why didn’t VRBO warn us so we could decide if we still wanted to drive from Indiana for our vacation?? I doubt anyone will respond to this. Very dissatisfied.

The condo was wonderful. Very clean and quiet and nicely set up. Set back from the busyness of the main drag but still within an easy drive for dinner/activities. Tybee and nearby Savannah are gems that we will come visit again. We gave the "communication with property manager just an "ok" because we never had to contact them about anything"

Came to Tybee to find a quiet place to work and rest. I found both at this cute as a button duplex. The neighborhood is so very quiet and the house was perfect. Everything is available that you could possibly need and the staff is very attentive and quick to answer a question. I will for sure be back. The front porch was a favorite of mine, listening to birds chirping (something my neck of the woods does not have in the winter). A quick walk to the beach was the perfect way to rest after a long day of work and the kitchen was perfect for all of my meals. Check-in and out was quick and well organized which made for a stress-free visit.

Pros: Clean and well-lit. The living space functions nicely. Parking for two cars but a bit crowded with one driver getting out on the lawn, not the concrete. The balcony has the most comfortable seating in the entire rental, but the weather was not warm enough to enjoy this benefit. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows are just ok. Nice walk-in shower but no measurable countertop space next to the sinks. Cons: Tight parking if there are four vehicles. No pantry, storage space for suitcases, or kitchen items the renter brings. There is no comfortable place to stretch out except the beds. The living room and dining room chairs are very uncomfortable. ***The number one reason I rated this rental as a three: The thermostat is set by the owner. Eight out of ten nights, we woke up (at 5:00am) to internal temperatures of 52 to 58 degrees. The days were set to 68 degrees. I took pictures of the thermostat and texted So. Belle for five days before we were allowed by the owners to reset and hold the temperatures, but within 48 hours the temperatures had dropped again. The thermostat had to be readjusted an average of every two hours. If we use So. Belle again, my question will be what type of thermostats are used?

Excellent place to stay centrally located. Close walk to the beach. Great deck to relax on. We enjoyed the look and comfort as well as the kitchen and ate at Sundae Cafe close bye. Biked most places to save on parking too.

it was charming and beautiful like the pictures. Very clean and neat. The only problem I had was that the washer did not work the week we were there which was inconvenient but I had good prompt responses from management there and was told I would get a 50 dollar refund as we had to go to laundry mat. I loved it enough to stay at the property again.

The place looks just like the pictures and is very clean! Only thing I was disappointed about was the washing machine was out of order, which was not communicated to us before hand. I asked if they would bring us more towels because of this and they said they would bring us one set of new towels during our stay or we could go to the laundromat. Going to the laundromat is all well and fine, except that is not something I want to be doing while I am on vacation. They did end up bring us new towels, but we had to reach out several times. Overall, I was very happy with most of the communication and loved how clean it was.

During our stay they hung up flowers on the porch which was an added bonus for me. I did not sit out on the porch as I planned because the Georgia weather is hotter than the northern weather than I am used to. The washer was broke during our stay and the property manager was more than accommodating and did 2 loads of laundry for us. I was very pleased with our stay.
