The location was perfect and the stay provided us everything we needed to fix meals. The common spaces were comfortable and spacious for our eight guests to hang out in. Preferably, the bathroom fixtures should be updated or more thoroughly cleaned, but the rest of the space was clean. The outdoor furniture should probably be replaced as it was broken in spots and was obviously wearing from being out in the sun constantly. Despite those things, we had a great time and would stay here again. The neighborhood was adorable and the proximity to corner stores, restaurants, and the beach was perfect.

Not Clean

The property was not clean. The bathroom sinks and bathtubs were filthy. There was a drawer missing in the kitchen and the fence in the backyard had been torn down. Not good when you have a German Shepard. We rented this same place 2 years ago and had non of these problems.

We had a great visit to Tybee while staying in Beach Song! It was more spacious than the pictures made it seem - plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The beach was walkable to a couple of different entry points (we drove a couple of times because we had a lot of stuff). Good family beach getaway.

Great stay for Graduation weekend

Our family traveled to Tybee for the SCAD graduation weekend & decided to rent on the island and it was the perfect decision! Close enough to Savannah but out of all the traffic and craziness of downtown. House was conveniently located, you can walk (really not far but there are no sidewalks) or drive to the beach (parking does require a small fee) and the beach was lovely, too although we didn’t get to spend much time there. The home was perfect for our family, plenty of space, comfy beds and super clean. They even have games for family game night! Only a 20 minute drive from Savannah & plenty of places to eat, bike and explore on Tybee. Would definitely recommend, booking and communication were top notch!

Great house close to the beach!

My large family had a great time staying at this house! Beds were comfy, clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the beach AND a great playground close by. Would stay again!

Good location, good bargain

We had an excellent time on our vacation! The house was great for our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked with items we needed for cooking (except there didn't seem to be any knives except steak knives). Lots of pots and pans and dishes as well as small appliances. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes. The mattresses are quite firm, though. Plenty of towels. The management company is very responsive and when we had a maintenence issue, they were there very quickly.

Family Beach Getaway

Our family loved staying at Beach Song! The large table in the dining area and large comfortable couches and pretty bedrooms made for a nice stay. In addition, there are relaxing outdoor areas to enjoy and the beach access is right down the street!
