Twenty minutes from Savannah and right on the beach, this spacious (1500+ square feet) 3-bedroom condo features majestic sunrises and sunsets from the living room and master bedroom plus views of Hilton Head, the Tybee Lighthouse, and the entrance to the Savannah River shipping channel. There's lots of light in this end-unit with side windows, and a bordering nature preserve. It's beautifully furnished with 4-flat screen cable TVs, a fully equipped brand new kitchen, a large porch, and upscale bathrooms. This condo is on the first level with easy access via one flight of stairs or elevator. The master bedroom has a high quality king pillow top mattress and a full bath including a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have a king bed. There's a full sleeper in the living room. A separate laundry room houses a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. You'll enjoy the community pool and tennis and pickle ball courts. Free secured Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. The condo sleeps a total of 8. The complex is gated.

Great Month long stay

We stayed at this condo during February 2024. We found it very clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with working equipment. The condo is conveniently located for Tybee and Savannah trips. We will be staying here again.

Went with family for a week. The place was awesome. Loved having in unit washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was perfect for coffee and sunsets. The private beach was great for swimming. Great location for shopping and restaurants too. Definitely recommend.

Tuber island stay

This condo was great. It was right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and close to everything. The manager Lloyd Kilday was great and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to anyone who goes to Tybee. Got to see dolphins from our porch everyday. Loved the amenities and loved the privacy of the beach. In walking distance to great restaurants.

Condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. Property was as described. We enjoyed the view and watching the ships pass. Location on Tybee was good for those not wanting to be close to pier but within a bike ride. We rented bikes one one and toured the island which I highly recommend. Very easy drive to Savannah.

Perfect Vacation

We had a great vacation on Tybee Island. The condo was perfect! Well stocked with essentials. This was our first time staying on this area of Tybee. The first thing we noticed was there wasn’t any chairs or umbrellas to rent on the beach because that’s something we always do. But there were four bag chairs available for our use in the condo. Just what we needed! The beds were so comfortable! We all slept great! I am a water drinker. I was thrilled the condo has a water filter system. There was no need for us to purchase bottled water. The area of the condo was quiet and very relaxing. We will definitely book this condo for our future Tybee Island vacations!

Great spot on north end of Tybee Island

We would highly recommend this rental property. It's an end unit on the first level of the Bay View Villas. Very peaceful and quite. Walked down the quite streets to the Tybee lighthouse in 25 minutes and walked the beach back. We used this spot mostly as a base for our daily adventures to downtown Savanah (an easy 25 minute drive away) and it worked out well. Great amenities, TVs in every room, clean, and very comfortable beds. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good spot for you.

The condo was better than expected. Great location, clean, all needed accessories (coffee maker was my wife’s primary need), spacious. The balcony off the master bedroom was fantastic, you could leave it open at night and fall asleep to the ocean, and in the daytime you could see the dolphins. Very laid back and quiet. Highly recommend.

First time in Tybee. couldn't ask for a better place to stay. the site is on the end and quiet. excellent access to the beach and pool. Also great proximity to everything on the island. was able to rent a bike from Tims which is walking distance from the condo—more than enough room for 4 adults. The only real negative thing is the tennis and Pickleball courts weren't in excellent condition and not easy to get to. but not discounting this just a note. will recommend to anyone to stay there.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

From the moment we walked through the door, until the time we left, this condo was perfect! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and dolphins everywhere! From the livingroom, bedroom and balcony the view was perfect! Shrimp boat was an awesome experience to watch, as well as the cargo ships. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, the beds were very comfortable, and the condo was decorated nicely. Also very clean! It was a short walk to the beach which was not overcrowded. Lloyd and Catherine go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Southern hospitality at its best! We are planning to come back to this condo in Tybee Island in the Summer of 2025.
