  • This beautiful house is in an ideal location, boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms with many great household amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and more. The house itself is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk to one of the most bustling streets in town, Tybreesa Street, and a 15-minute walk to the grand Tybee pier. Even though the house is located on one of the busier sides of the island, it still manages to be a very quiet and peaceful stay. If you want to grab a bite to eat, some of the best restaurants are just around the corner and offer great experiences with their unique themes. Don't worry about parking, you can walk to all the shops and eateries. At The 17Th Dream, we are sure you will have one of the best and most comfortable stays, filled with many great experiences and lifelong memories.

Savannah Bananas weekend

We stayed for long weekend to attend bananas game, fish, beach, and go out in Savannah.House perfect for three couples. Full kitchen, great beach access, plenty of parking. Very interactive and responsive host.

Amazing! Will be back!

This was the perfect house for a weekend in Tybee. Close to the beach and restaurants. We come to Tybee every summer and only want to stay in this house from now on! Communication with the host was also wonderful!

Perfect location!

Enjoyed a nice winter stay with my college aged daughters and their friends. Location is super convenient to restaurants, shops, the beach and the pier. Everything within a few minutes walk!

Fantastic!!

It was a very very easy check-in The place was super super clean and the perfect spot for what we needed… Close to the beach and close to window shopping at the local shops and restaurants I would definitely definitely recommend this place as it had all the perks and it does have a blender it is not listed

Great place and location.

We stayed here for the annual Pirate Festival and loved it! It is close to everything and was well supplied. Will definitely keep this one in our archives for another time!

Perfect Thanksgiving with family!

Everything about this property, from the location, space, decor and amenities, was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway to Tybee. The enclosed garage and yard were great for grilling, the upstairs balcony was the best spot to relax and enjoy a drink, and so many restaurants and bars were just steps away. We especially appreciated being so close to all the holiday activities on Saturday!

Location was very, very close to beach. Almost as if you were on it! Great having your own parking. The location to the shops, bars, food is only 2 blocks.

Perfect little Tybee Oasis!

We've been visiting Tybee for years and this is one of our favorite condos we've stayed in. There were absolutely no issues with our stay at all. There's privacy, easy parking and plenty of space. The condo is within walking distance to pretty much all of our favorite places. The place is clean, cute, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and this place just generally felt like a home away from home. One of the greatest parts of the home imo is the screened in porch! It's large, and really quite private for the area. There were even baby herons perched in the palm tree right off the porch. We adored this condo and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for fun and entertainment

We had a blast. This little beach spot is roomy and comfortable. My family had a wonderful stay we had great places to eat in walking distance and everything we needed to cook if we stayed in. It feels homey and just the right touches we had a great time. The patrons in the community were great the food was awesome and I have to mention I really loved watching the windsurfing on the beach.

Girls Getaway

This is a fantastic property. Everything as listed and so much more. The house is less than on block from the beach and within h walking distance to many, many restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. We stopped at the grocery store on the drive in form the airport and only got in the car once during our stay - to go to the Tybee lighthouse and into Savannah for the day to explore.The house is super comfortable, well appointed and safe. I recommend this property and will definitely plan future visits around the availability of this house. Communication and hospitality of the host was perfect.
