This is the best unit in the Gull Reef building! Beachside Colony has 2 brand new pools, one heated. Pools are open all year long! Adjacent to the pool is the highly-rated The Deck restaurant and poolside bar. Beach and ocean views from the balcony. Located across from Memorial Park with a playground, sand volleyball, and tennis. Beachside Colony now has a private grilling area right at the bottom of the building!

The property accommodated, our family of five adults perfectly! All the amenities that were in the unit were great and useful all week. Property location is a north side of the island. Very easy walk to the beach and pool. Elevator located very close to unit which was also helpful.

There was a leak in the master bedroom that made us unable to sleep in that room the first night. Maintenance was in and out over the next two days fixing the leak. The host did not apologize or offer any refund for the inconvenience of our trip being interrupted and not being able to use one bedroom for the night.
