Family Vacation

We had a nice time in Tybee island. The house was very spacious and beautifully furnished. Our only complaint was the internet service. At times the internet went out. We were able to reset the router, but this happened frequently. The walk to the beach was not long, approx 6 minutes, although you do have to cross a major road to get to the beach access. Thankfully, the house had a beach wagon, which was very helpful. The check in and check out process was very smooth and the communication was good.

House is larger that it looks

This house is bigger than it looks. There were six adults and we had lots of room for us and everything we needed to stay three nights. There are four bedrooms and a sleeping porch. There are three full baths, two are jack and Jill baths one between each two bedrooms on the main hallway. There is also a full bathroom near the foyer and main hallway. We did have a stopped up toilet but called the property manager and they brought out a plunger right away (maybe keep a plunger at the house). The pocket door to the sleeping porch was broken and needs to be repaired. The Kitchen was very large and had most everything we needed. Kitchen items were good quality - not cheap. The Fridge did need a new filter so the ice maker did not work for us. The living room area was very large we hade plenty of seating for all of us. There is a large dining table that worked well for meals and for playing games. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, We would definitely stay at this house again.

Cozy and very nice

This house has been our most favorite stay on tybee island. Very roomy and spacious very quiet neighborhood.. we definitely would like to stay here again.

Perfect house for family

Grandparents, adults, and children were able to "spread out" in this house. Beautiful vaulted ceilings in the open living room, dining, and kitchen made the house seem very spacious and inviting. The house was immaculately clean, has high-end appliances, and had adequate amenities provided. The kitchen was convenient to use and has super nice dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. The location is convenient to get to either side of the island and has a friendly neighborhood feel to it. Our family says they would not mind staying there again next year!

STAY HERE!!!!

You will not regret booking this property! The home is so much bigger than pictures can describe. The pops of color throughout the home gave such a personal touch. The open layout of the kitchen, dining room, and living room gave our group space with still the sense of togetherness! There was a boil water advisory and the property manager had texted me prior to arriving so we could plan accordingly. The neighborhood felt safe and it was a short walk to the beach, dining, Ben and Jerry's, and apparel shops! Grocery store a short 1 mile drive. So convenient!

Perfect Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous beach cottage! The house was a great size and in a perfect location. We were able to walk with beautiful scenery to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had 9 people in the home and there was more than enough space for everyone. The interior design and decor were pretty and put us in a happy mood. We were all very pleased with the home. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your charming home!

Best Beach Getaway!!

This house was PERFECT! We came to Tybee Island for my sisters Bachelorette party and this property was literally perfect for us! There was plenty of beds/rooms/ bathrooms for all 10 of us girls along with a huge kitchen/living/dining area. The location was so convenient to everything from beach to restaurants to night life. We could walk or ride our bikes anywhere we wanted to go. The beach cart and chairs were a great extra too! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. We loved it and would highly recommend!

Wonderful days!!!

It was easy to book-host was very helpful and kind- this property is MUCH BIGGER than the pictures. 9 of us all had lots of space to hang out and have private time!!! Super close to the beach and the wagon at the house was perfect!!!

First time @ Tybee

We (family of 10) had a wonderful time for our first visit to Tybee Island, even with the surprise home inspection our 1st day and a power outage the next due to a storm that rolled through. The home is absolutely adorable & spacious. Everything we wanted to enjoy within walking distance....hate we didn't book for longer, love to book again in the future. 60th bday party vacation with friends

The property itself is much nicer that the photos portrayed. Photos don't do it justice. Check in was very easy. The proximity to everything was awesome. We were able to walk to Restaraunts, beach, pier, bars. It was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked. We prepared breakfast every morning for 7 people and had everything we needed. The only negative thing I have to mention is the cleanliness of the property. The lamps had packed dust on them like they had never been dusted. The walls around doors and doors/switch plates were dirty. Toilet in the master bath had what looked to be urine on the floor on the side of the toilet. The master shower glass doors were off the tracks which my husband fixed. The spare bedroom with twin beds had crumbs of some sort on the floor by the bed. The other concern was the paperwork you get says strip beds and put everything in the shower, however there are little notes in each bathroom that says please DO NOT STRIP BEDS. That made everyone feel a little uncomfortable, thinking the bedding hadn't been changed in-between guests. I would think about a new cleaning company. That being said, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again, in hopes it was a little cleaner.

Excellent Home

Very spacious home. We had 10 guests, 7 adults and 3 kids. More than enough space for all. Home is located in a great location, and only a short walk to the pier and beach (South Beach). Highly recommend this home!

A week at Tybee Island

When you look at the house it looks small, however it is deceiving. Plenty of room for a large family. It is well stocked in the kitchen. Walking distance to the downtown area and beaches. Would stay again.

Great stay in beautiful home!

We absolutely loved staying in this home for our vacation. We traveled with 8 people (6 adults and 2 teenagers) and we had so much space. The home is beautifully decorated, it was very clean and very spacious. The property managers were very kind and easy to work with. The location is great. I highly recommend this rental for your visit to Tybee!
