"Stayed here with my son for a week getaway. The location is right on the beach, which was what we were looking for. North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. The laundry room down the hall was also nice and the machines worked well. We would stay again in the future. "

"The renovated condo was perfect for what we needed the condo building itself needs updating and a good cleaning. Don't be fooled by the building. Bed was very comfortable, easy beach access, nice pool, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to Tybean Coffee Bar. We arrived at night could see which buildings were A or B."

"Nice to stay if you don’t mind steps. House has many issues.. lights flicker, tub does not drain well, no dishwasher and very little silverware and dishes.. good thing we took some disposable silverware.. we had to purchase paper plates. Not bad if you don’t have expectations. "

"1.Floors were filthy 2. the stove didnt have a handle on it (so you have to open it from the side - even when cooking) 3. The doors to the balcony didnt have privacy shutters (as it they had been tipped off). 4. The chair/covers were dingy and had holes in them 5. The pullout sofabed was unstable, uncomfortable, and dangerous for small children to even touch. 5. "
