"We had a pleasant stay at this spacious home while visiting family in Colorado. The house was comfortable and well laid out, making it a nice place to relax between activities. The quiet location was appreciated, and it’s conveniently situated with easy access to many Colorado attractions. Laurie was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The bathroom is glorious and just as big & beautiful as it appears in the picture! The shower is definitely big enough for two, and in fact has two separate shower heads (with back massaging jets). The hot tub was great, and under a covered patio, so we were still able to use it in a light rain. The SleepNumber bed allowed for adjustments. The walk-in closet is HUGE, with tons of storage space, and could easily be used as an office area (it actually has a desk inside) if traveling on business, or as an extra “bedroom” (there’s an air mattress available) if traveling with a child. I would highly recommend this place for a romantic couples getaway or a luxurious single stay if traveling on business. While it could be okay for a couple with a child or two, I think it’s really set up more for single adults or couples."
