"The property was fantastic! The moment we walked in it felt like home. The view from the backside is the best part of the property. The pictures from the listing doesn’t do it any justice as it had fantastic views from the elevated walk out deck as well as the hot tub. It was about 5 minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park and about the same for downtown Estes Park. There is a herd (about 20) of elk that frequent the property. They seem to hang out within a quarter of a mile from the back. The last day we witness two bull elk fighting which was a great spectacle. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The kitchen area was large enough for everybody to have own space. It was an open concept with the living room right there. There were three bedrooms. We had two adults and three kids 6-13. We only used two bedrooms as one of the lower bedrooms had a bunk bed in it. The beds for the bunk beds top and bottom were no smaller than a full size bed. So all three of our kids slept in that room. The second bedroom in lower level had a king size bed and private walk in shower bathroom with heated floors. The main bedroom on main floor had own walk in shower bathroom. King size bed was great. There was no shortage of televisions in the place. We have booked mark this property if we ever return to Estes Park or will tell people whom are going to look at this place. "

"Great place to stay. However, the hot tub was not working and we weren't able to use it. I rented this condo because of the hot tub. It was a big disappointment. I was issued a 100 for the inconvenience.That helped a little.Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay."

"The property was exactly as listed. Clean, well maintained and perfect for our trip. We loved the location. The home was stocked with everything needed. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the large fans in the bedrooms. We also enjoyed our rousing games of foosball. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved taking walks. Tons of elk seen in the neighborhood and all around Estes. We would definitely stay again."

"Spacious room. Great view. Nice hot shower. The quality of breakfast was unfortunately lacking. The fact that the only refrigerator, coffee machine and water dispenser are in the service room downstairs is quite inconvenient; and the “hot tub” was outside of the building in the open area made it practically unusable during Colorado winter. "

"We had a very nice stay! The home was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful view, fireplace and well stocked kitchen. Easy 10 minute drive to town. Would stay again :)"

"The host was outstanding - did not expect the tree or all the decorations. She was very responsive. This the first time I have rented a short term rental that is still occupied by the owner, so that was different. I wanted to give an excellent rating but...that couch in the downstairs den was really a shock, the dryer not working was no biggy, but the ice dispenser not working made for some "moments" shall we say, and the lack of window coverings in the otherwise spectacular master bedroom were a definite negative. Maybe they could buy some of those free-standing folding screens to put in front of those big windows and the door? I was a property manager for 30 years, so I know things happen beyond your control and owners don't always see things from the other side, but still...it was a bit uncomfortable. Also, the heater in the downstairs bathroom was not working, but we figured out the batteries in the thermostat were dead. Once we got the batteries and installed them, it worked fine."
