"We were planning on staying a few days we were so comfortable and the wild life was surrounding us we stayed at least 7 days leaving on the 5th. You need a week here to unwind enjoy the hot tub and to hike RMNP! The elk was so impressive they were on the property almost daily! The deer were everywhere peacefully grazing. We will be back! "This unit is a good fit for an active solo traveler or couple looking for a home base from which to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The unit is small but makes an efficient use of space. As an example, there's a small coffee table/desk that has storage space, and the top can be lifted upward toward the sofa. There are wooden stairs (five wooden steps, a landing, five more wooden steps) with handrails and then a graduated concrete sidewalk down from the parking area to the unit. The owner provided helpful information concerning the appliances and responded promptly and helpfully to the inquiries I made."
