「We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again. 」

「We loved this house by the pictures. However it seems unfinished to be a guest house for people who ski. There is no place to put or hang any of your ski gear. Making us walk on their hardwood floor seemed not thought out. There is not enough seating in the living room for everyone to sit comfortably or even put down a drink, the deck had more seating but it is winter. There is only 1 heating zone. So we couldn’t use the large room in the basement because it was to cold while the 2nd floor...

「The only disappointment was the lack of local restaurants open. Apparently most restaurants in the area are closed for a two week window around this time of year. You may want to mention this in the ad and propose options that are open.」
